Delivering superior comfort is ingrained in our philosophy at BAEXRS. The BAEXRS Impressive Guarantee is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing your undies and socks for the first time. We're so confident you'll love the comfort and fit of BAEXRS that we will gladly refund the purchase price of your first pair of socks or underwear if you're not 100% satisfied within 17 days of your purchase.

Claiming your Impressive Warranty

Step 1: Experience your new undies

At first your new undies might feel a bit different than what you have been used to wearing. We understand that trying new underwear is a big deal and can feel, well, different. So we recommend that you try your BAEXRS underwear and socks a few times within 17 days of purchase to fully experience what BAEXRS has to offer. We believe you’ll feel good.

Step 2: Still not convinced?

If after 17 days and before 30 days from the purchase date you wish to get a refund, please simply contact us to reclaim your money back. Our customer happiness team will arrange your refund within five business days. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the funds back on your original method of payment.


This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Impressive Guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1) of underwear socks purchased online at Multipacks are NOT eligible.
  2. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the Impressive Warranty.
  3. This warranty only applies to the comfort of the product and does not cover the height, length, width or color of your new BAEXRS underwear or socks. 
  4. Shipping fees will not be refunded under the Impressive Warranty.
  5. The product must be used in accordance with the Care Instructions which are provided with your product.
  6. In order to claim under this warranty you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery and have allowed at least 17 days to try your BAEXRS underwear and/or socks. 
  7. The warranty does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating to any faults with other products available at
