The room you do not have
A facility should feel as considered as the home it is protecting.
Most storage decisions in Canada are architectural before they are commercial. A downtown apartment gives you a locker the size of a closet. A prairie house gives you a garage that becomes a deep freeze in January and a damp box in April. A renovation removes the room you were using as a buffer.
Baexrs treats storage as a space problem: volume, access, moisture, and time. The photographs on this site show corridors, containers, vehicles, and rooms. They are references, not a claim that a particular building is ours.

Operators in Canada commonly describe floor area in feet. Ceiling height changes what that number can hold. These are planning sizes, not a live inventory.
Climate
Heat is not a luxury in a Canadian unit.
An unconditioned metal room follows the weather. In Edmonton or Winnipeg that can mean a long freeze. In Vancouver it can mean months of damp air and a slow mould problem that nobody notices until spring. Calgary adds a third pattern: chinooks that swing the temperature and load the air with moisture, then drop it again.
“Climate-controlled” and “heated” are not interchangeable phrases. Heated usually means the space is kept above freezing. Full climate control aims at a band of temperature and, sometimes, humidity. Ask which one is being offered, and what happens during a power cut. Baexrs does not claim a specific system on this site.

Vehicles
Still machines need a plan.
A car, an RV, a boat, and a motorcycle fail in different ways when they sit. The pages are separate because the measurements are.
Car storage
Indoor bays matter most where winter road salt, hail, or a thaw cycle is the real risk. Outdoor stalls exist; they are a different product.
RV storage
Length, height, and slide-outs decide the stall before price does. Alberta and the Ottawa Valley show this demand clearly.
Boat storage
Winter lay-up is a calendar problem: haul-out, support, and whether the hull should be indoors.
Motorcycle storage
A bike wants to be dry, upright, and easy to reach in April without a dead battery.
Trailer storage
Utility and cargo trailers are not RVs. They need length on the ground and a legal place to wait.
Portable
Sometimes the storage should come to the driveway.
Portable containers are a different intent from a hallway of units. You load at home, at a job site, or at a shop. The box may then sit, or it may be taken to a yard. Cities vary in how long a container may stay on a street or even a private drive. That rule is municipal, and it should be checked before a delivery date is promised.

Retailers, trades, and small offices use storage for inventory they cannot show, files they must keep, and fixtures between seasons. The questions are practical: floor load, delivery hours, who holds a key, and whether documents belong in a room that can freeze.
Business storage questions often come from Mississauga, Kelowna, Windsor–Essex, and Vancouver. Treat those as markets people ask about. This site does not publish a lease rate or a square-foot offer.

Access
Security is a set of questions.
Baexrs does not publish a camera count, a gate brand, or opening hours. Those facts belong to a facility that has been confirmed. The useful work is knowing what to ask.
Who can enter, and when
Some sites advertise 24-hour access. Others use a staffed window and a locked night. A code, a key, and a lock you bought yourself are three different models. Write down which one you are being offered before you compare monthly rates.
What the building is doing
Lighting, drainage, pest control, and whether the corridor is heated are visible on a visit. A photograph on a website is not a substitute. If you cannot visit, ask for a current corridor photo and the access rule in writing.
What you still insure
A lock is not an insurance policy. Ask what the operator covers and what remains your responsibility. Baexrs does not sell a protection plan on this site and does not quote a premium.
Cleanliness is a climate issue
Dust, standing water, and a shared hallway that smells damp will reach cardboard. Climate control does not help if the unit door seal is broken. Look at the threshold, not only the brochure.

Does Baexrs publish facility addresses?
No storage facility address is published. City pages are service-area guides. The Québec office listed in the footer is not a storage yard.
Can I reserve a unit on this website?
No. The enquiry form sends a request for information. It never shows a fake reservation, price, or availability confirmation.
Which page should I read first?
If you need a room of units, start with storage units. If the goods are sensitive to freezing or damp, read climate-controlled storage. If the object has wheels or a hull, use the vehicle, RV, boat, motorcycle, or trailer page.
Why are some cities missing?
A city guide exists where there is enough local context to write a useful page. Nearby places are mentioned in context instead of getting a thin duplicate.
Do you list prices?
No. The rentals page explains how storage pricing is usually assembled in Canada. It does not publish a Baexrs rate card.
What does 24-hour storage mean here?
It is a category people ask for. Whether a given facility allows overnight access is a fact to confirm. This site does not assert that every enquiry leads to a 24-hour gate.
Is mini storage different from self storage?
In Canadian search language, especially in Montreal, mini storage usually means the same family of small indoor units. Baexrs covers that intent on the storage units page rather than splitting it into a second, weaker URL.
Are the photographs your buildings?
They are illustrations of storage corridors, vehicles, containers, warehouses, and architecture. They are not labelled as Baexrs facilities, offices, or properties.
