Privacy policy
Effective October 6, 2026. This notice explains how the Baexrs website at https://baexrs.com handles personal information, including the storage enquiry form on the contact page.
Who this notice covers
Baexrs is a Canadian storage information resource. The website publishes guides to storage types, city context, and related questions, and it accepts storage enquiries. It does not claim that Baexrs owns or operates storage facilities. Sending an enquiry does not rent a unit.
This page describes the website as it currently works. It should be read with the terms and the cookie policy.
Information you provide
The contact form at /contact/ asks for:
- name — required;
- email address — required;
- city — optional;
- storage type — chosen from a list on the form (the list has a default selection, so a type is usually included);
- a message describing what you need to store and when — required.
You may also write to [email protected] or call +1 418-317-4089. Those channels collect whatever you choose to include in the email or the call.
The site has no payment form. Do not use the enquiry form to send payment-card numbers, government identity numbers, passwords, gate or lock codes, or other sensitive details that are not needed to describe a storage question.
How an enquiry works
When you submit the form, the browser sends the fields to this website by POST. The receiving address is a script on the same site, at /contact/send.php. That script checks that a name, a valid email address, and a message are present, and it rejects values that are not usable as an enquiry.
If those checks pass, the script emails the enquiry to [email protected]. The outgoing mail is sent as Baexrs, from [email protected]. Your email address, after it has been checked, is used as the Reply-To address so a person can answer the enquiry. The message body includes the name, email, city if you provided one, storage type, and your note.
A successful submission means the website accepted the enquiry for email delivery. It does not mean the message has already arrived in an inbox, that someone has read it, or that a reply is guaranteed. It does not reserve a unit, confirm that space is available, set a price, or create a storage rental.
If the checks fail, or if the website cannot send the email, the page says the enquiry was not sent. In that case Baexrs does not treat the note as a received enquiry.
The form also includes a hidden field used only to ignore simple automated submissions. People filling in the form in the ordinary way can leave it blank. That field is not used as part of a storage request.
Why Baexrs uses this information
Personal information from an enquiry is used to receive and review the request, to reply using the contact details you provided, to handle related follow-up about that request, and for ordinary operational or security purposes tied to the website and the enquiry. Baexrs does not use the form to run marketing automation, profiling, or a customer database on this website.
There is no separate customer database in the website application. A successful enquiry exists as an email to Baexrs. Unsuccessful or ignored automated submissions are not kept by the application as received enquiries.
Sale of personal information
Baexrs does not sell personal information.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
The page source for this website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, a third-party form provider, CAPTCHA widgets, chat widgets, or embedded video players. Typefaces are files hosted on this site, not a live request to a third-party font service.
The enquiry is emailed from this website. It is not handed to an external form-builder service. How the hosting environment actually delivers mail is a matter of that environment; this notice does not name an email vendor that the application itself does not specify.
Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not save enquiry fields in a cookie, in local storage, or in session storage. The PHP script that receives the form does not open a PHP session. After a successful JavaScript submission, the visible form is cleared in the browser. The cookie policy describes cookies in more detail.
Server logs
The computers that host the site may keep ordinary access or security logs so pages can be delivered and the service protected. Those logs can include an IP address, the date and time, the address requested (including a POST to /contact/send.php), a referring address, and general browser or device information. This application does not set a retention period for those logs. How long a host keeps them is a matter for that host.
Email and how long information is kept
A successful enquiry is stored in Baexrs’s email system. This policy does not set a numbered retention period. Information may be kept for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, related communication, and ordinary operational or legal requirements that apply to that correspondence.
A note that never leaves your browser, or a submission the website rejects, is not a received enquiry. You can clear the form or leave the page if you do not want the text to remain on the device.
Access, correction, and deletion
If you want to ask about personal information Baexrs holds, write to [email protected] or use the office address below. Baexrs will consider a genuine request in light of the applicable requirements and the information it actually has. This page does not promise automatic or unconditional deletion in every case, including where a record still has to be kept for a legitimate operational or legal reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry script limits what it will accept, ignores obvious automated filler, and does not display PHP error detail to visitors. No website can promise that transmission or storage is immune to misuse. Use a trusted device. Do not put secrets into the form that are not needed to describe the storage question.
Children
The site is written for adults comparing storage. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Canadian privacy context
Baexrs handles personal information in connection with a Canadian website and an office in Québec. Applicable Canadian privacy requirements may apply to that handling. This page does not state that a particular federal or provincial statute is the only law that governs Baexrs, and it does not treat the office street address as a statement of legal registration.
The application code does not fix the country in which hosting or email delivery occurs. This policy does not claim that information stays in Canada, stays in Québec, or is sent to any named foreign country.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated text will be posted on this page and the effective date will change with it.
