What Baexrs is

Baexrs is a Canadian storage information resource and enquiry website. It publishes guides to storage types, city context, and related questions, and it accepts storage enquiries through the contact form. Baexrs does not claim to own or operate storage facilities. This website does not show live inventory, live prices, or online booking.

If a storage rental later takes place with a specific facility or provider, that rental is a separate agreement with that provider. It is not formed by browsing these pages or by sending an enquiry.

Using the site

You may browse the pages and send an enquiry. You may not interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access. You may not present Baexrs’s name, branding, original website copy, or site layout as your own.

Enquiries

The form on the contact page sends a request for information to Baexrs. The browser posts the fields to a script on this site. If the required fields pass the checks, the note is emailed to [email protected].

A sent enquiry is still only a request for information. It does not book a unit, reserve a date, confirm availability, set a price, create a storage rental, or guarantee that storage will be offered. It does not guarantee a reply. If the page says the enquiry was not sent, nothing was reserved and Baexrs does not treat the note as received. Do not rely on an unsent or unanswered note to hold a move-out date.

Guides and city pages

The guides are general information. They describe sizes, weather, access, storage types, and similar topics in ordinary Canadian terms. They are not offers, guarantees, or contracts unless a sentence on the page says otherwise. Measurements used on the site are typical industry language, not a warranty that every building uses the same clear height or the same rule.

A city guide is not a Baexrs facility in that city. It is not a street address, a map pin, or a claim that Baexrs operates a yard there. Confirm actual conditions, hours, prices, and rules with the provider you would deal with.

24-hour storage

The 24-hour storage page is an informational guide to what overnight access and related security questions usually mean. It does not mean that Baexrs provides or guarantees 24-hour facility access. If a provider offers overnight access, that is the provider’s rule, and you should confirm it in writing.

Prices and availability

This website is not a live comparison of facilities. It does not display current rates or vacant units. Prices, availability, access rules, insurance requirements, and other facility conditions have to be confirmed with the specific provider. The rentals page explains how storage bills are often assembled. It is not a Baexrs rate card.

Images

Photographs and other images on the site are used as illustrations of the kinds of spaces under discussion. They should not be read as pictures of Baexrs storage facilities or of the Québec office unless a caption on the page says so. Alternative text describes what is in the frame.

Reviews and awards

Baexrs does not publish ratings, customer reviews, or awards for itself on this website. Do not treat the guides as a scored ranking of facilities.

No professional appointment

Nothing on the site is legal, insurance, engineering, or municipal-permit advice. Bylaws about containers and trailers have to be checked with the municipality. Insurance has to be checked with an insurer, a broker, or the facility’s own written plan.

Website availability

Baexrs does not warrant that the website will always be available or free of errors. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or ordinary operational reasons.

Intellectual property

The Baexrs name and branding, the original website copy, and the site’s layout and design belong to Baexrs or are used with a right to use them. That statement does not claim that every photograph on the site is a Baexrs-owned work. Illustrative images are used to support the guides; their source licences are not asserted on this page.

Third-party names, if they appear, are used only to describe relevant categories. They do not imply endorsement by, or of, Baexrs.

Liability

The site is provided as general information. To the extent the law allows, Baexrs is not liable for decisions you make solely from a guide, for a facility’s acts, or for loss of goods stored with someone else. Some liability cannot be excluded under Canadian law. Those rights remain.

Governing law

These website terms are intended to be read under the laws of Canada. A specific provincial venue and a legal entity name are not published here, because those details have not been supplied for this page. The office address in Québec is a contact address. It is not, by itself, a statement of incorporation or of exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated text will be posted on this page and the effective date will change with it.
