FAQ

Questions that should have one answer.

If your question is really about a size, a city, or a vehicle, the linked guide will go further than a paragraph here.

What is Baexrs?

A Canadian storage guide and enquiry site. It explains units, climate, vehicles, containers, and city context. It does not publish unverified facility addresses or prices.

Can I reserve a unit online?

No. The contact form sends a request for information. It never displays a fake reservation, price, or availability confirmation.

Which page is the main one for storage units?

The storage units page. A legacy services path is redirected there in the server configuration so the intent has one URL.

Do you have a location near me?

City guides exist where there is enough local context to write a useful page. They are not facility pins. Start with the locations index.

Why are heated and climate-controlled on one page?

Because the searches are one decision with two levels of promise. The page explains the difference instead of splitting a thin duplicate.

Why is there no price list?

No rates were provided. The rentals page explains how storage bills are usually built so you can compare real quotes.

Do you insure my goods?

No. Insurance is between you and an insurer or a facility’s own plan, in writing.

Are the photos of your buildings?

No. They are illustrative photographs, described honestly in their alt text. They are not photographs of Baexrs facilities or of the Québec office.

Can I store a car, an RV, and boxes in one kind of space?

Only if an operator explicitly allows that mix and the door fits the largest object. Otherwise use the matching page for each object.

What languages do you publish?

Canadian English. The Montreal guide acknowledges French search terms without creating a thin duplicate site.

How do I complain about a facility?

Facility contracts are with the operator you sign with. This website’s terms cover the site only. Use the contact form for a note about the site itself.

Do you use cookies?

Only as described in the cookie policy. The site does not run an advertising network.
